As to corporate clients, our subsidiary - IFM CORPORATE FINANCE SP. Z O.O. S.K. offers a full range of services in corporate finance.
The offer of Investment Fund Managers S.A. includes over 270 Polish and foreign open-end investment funds, managed by over 10 world financial institutions (i.e. BlackRock, BPH, Fortis Investments, Franklin Templeton, HSBC, KBC, ROBECO, Skarbiec).
Our solutions enable our clients to benefit from investment opportunities in the Northern America, Latin America, Europe and Asia, both on developed and emerging markets. Our Clients profit from a full diversification of investment risk through currency, regional and asset diversification. INVESTMENT FUND MANAGERS S.A. was incorporated in December 2003 and its sole shareholder is UBP Eastern European Partners Ltd. The operational activity was commenced in April 2004 on the basis of a licence granted by the Polish Financial Supervisory Authority (KNF, www.knf.gov.pl). The share capital amounts to PLN 1,675,000. The management is composed of Aleksander Jawień - President of the Management Board and Izabela Piecuch-Jawień – Vice-President. The Supervisory Board is composed of Mr. Martin A. Miszerak, Ms. Wioletta Buczek and Ms. Monika Piecuch.
